Turn right onto Route 29 N and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit for Route 250 E toward Charlottesville. After approximately 5 miles, take the exit for Route 20 N. Continue on Route 20 N for about 3 miles. You will then turn left onto Unnamed Road where Blue Ridge Sanatorium is located. Look for the historical landmark on your left.
