If you're starting from the Danville Museum of Fine Arts and History, head south on Main Street. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Craghead Street. Turn left onto Craghead Street and walk for another 0.2 miles. You will pass by several shops and cafes. Keep an eye on your right-hand side for a small alleyway; River District Artisans is located down that alley. Continue straight for about 0.1 miles, and you will find River District Artisans at the end of the alley.

Start your journey at the nearest bus stop to your location. If you are at the Danville Transit Center, catch the Route 1 bus heading toward the River District. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the River District stop. From there, walk east along the riverfront for about 0.2 miles. You will see River District Artisans on your right, just off the main path.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Danville Riverwalk Trail. Head south on the trail until you reach the bridge over the Dan River. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the junction with Craghead Street. Turn left onto Craghead Street and follow it for about 0.2 miles. Look for the alleyway on your right. River District Artisans will be at the end of this alleyway.
