If you are starting from the downtown area of Fredericksburg, make your way to Caroline Street, which is a main thoroughfare. Head north on William Street until you reach Caroline Street. Turn right onto Caroline Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles (approximately 10-15 minutes). You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. As you approach the intersection with the railroad tracks, you will see a sign for Old Mill Park. The park entrance is located at 2201 Caroline St. It will be on your right just past the intersection.

From the Fredericksburg Transit Center, take the FRED bus route towards the Central Park area. Disembark at the stop nearest to the intersection of Caroline Street and Route 1. From there, walk north on Caroline Street for about 0.3 miles (approximately 5-10 minutes). The park entrance will be on your left at 2201 Caroline St.
