    From Grayson Highlands State Park, exit the park and head west on US-58 W. Continue on US-58 W for approximately 14 miles until you reach the junction with US-23 S. Take the exit onto US-23 S towards Kingsport. Continue on US-23 S for about 10 miles. Take the exit onto VA-65 W, then turn left onto Natural Tunnel Pkwy. Follow Natural Tunnel Pkwy for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance of Natural Tunnel State Park at 1420 Natural Tunnel Pkwy, Duffield, VA 24244.
