If you are starting from the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center, exit the center and head south on Route 132 (also known as Mooretown Road). Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with the Colonial National Historical Parkway. Turn right onto the Parkway, and continue straight for about 1 mile. You will see signs for the Jamestown Settlement and the James Fort Replica. The entrance will be on your left.

From the Colonial Williamsburg area, you can take the Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA) bus. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location and take the route towards Jamestown. Disembark at the Jamestown Settlement stop, which is approximately a short walk (about 0.2 miles) from the James Fort Replica. Head south towards the Colonial National Historical Parkway, and you will see the entrance on your left.
