Merge onto I-64 W and continue for about 14 miles. Take the exit for I-81 S toward Roanoke. Stay on I-81 S for about 85 miles, then take exit 1B for US-25E N toward Middlesboro. Continue on US-25E N for about 30 miles, then take the exit for Cumberland Gap, TN. Follow signs to the KY-TN-VA Tri-State Point, located at the intersection of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia, in Cumberland Gap, TN 37724. The trip will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes depending on traffic.
