If you're traveling by car from any location in Middle Peninsula, start by getting onto US-17 N. Follow US-17 N until you reach the junction with I-64 E. Merge onto I-64 E and continue for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 255 for Jefferson Ave toward US-17 N/Newport News. Continue on Jefferson Ave for about 5 miles, then turn right onto Warwick Blvd. The Virginia War Museum will be on your right at 9285 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23607. There is free parking available on-site.
