If you are starting from the Newport News Transit Center, head west on 25th Street towards Washington Avenue. Take the bus route 102 towards the Newport News Shipbuilding area. Ride until you reach the stop at 26th Street and West Avenue. From there, walk south on West Avenue for about 0.3 miles. The Victory Arch will be on your left, at the intersection of West Avenue and 30th Street.

If you are near the Newport News City Hall, start by heading east on 25th Street. Continue straight until you reach West Avenue. Turn left on West Avenue and walk south for approximately 0.7 miles. The Victory Arch will be located on your left at 30th Street. Look for the large arch structure as you approach.

From the Newport News Park, take the bike path heading towards the downtown area. Follow the path that leads to the James River and then navigate towards 26th Street. Once you reach 26th Street, turn left and continue to West Avenue. Finally, head south on West Avenue for about 0.5 miles to reach the Victory Arch, which will be on your left at 30th Street.
