    If you are starting from the Newport News City Center, head southeast on 25th Street toward Washington Avenue. Continue on Washington Avenue, which will turn into 27th Street. Walk straight until you reach West Avenue, then turn left. Continue walking on West Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Newport News Victory Arch, which will be on your right.

    From the Newport News Transit Center, take the bus route 101 toward Fort Eustis. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the 25th Street & West Avenue stop.
