From the Newport News Transit Center, take the bus route 101 toward Fort Eustis. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the 25th Street & West Avenue stop. Once you disembark, walk east on 25th Street and turn left onto West Avenue. Continue walking for about 0.2 miles, and you will find Newport News Victory Arch on your right.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Newport News Park located at 13564 Jefferson Ave. Exit the park onto Jefferson Avenue heading south.
