Start from the Suffolk Transit Center located at 100 East Washington Street, Suffolk, VA. Take the Route 1 bus towards Norfolk, which will take you to the Norfolk bus terminal. Once you arrive at the Norfolk bus terminal, transfer to the light rail service. Board the Tide Light Rail at the MacArthur Square Station heading towards the Harbor Park Station. Get off at the Harbor Park Station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the USS Wisconsin. Head east on Waterside Drive, and you will see the USS Wisconsin at 1 Waterside Dr on your right.

If you prefer biking, start at the Suffolk Seaboard Coastline Railroad Museum located at 326 North Main Street. Head towards the Suffolk-Lakeland Trail and cycle east towards Norfolk. Follow the trail which will lead you to the Elizabeth River. Once you reach the river, continue along the waterfront until you reach Waterside Drive. The USS Wisconsin will be located at 1 Waterside Dr, which is just a short ride from the waterfront.
