Take the Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) Route 20 bus heading towards the Virginia Beach Town Center. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop at 25th Street and Pacific Avenue. Transfer to Route 34, which heads towards Shore Drive. After about 25 minutes, get off at the stop closest to 2500 Shore Dr. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to First Landing State Park.

Head east on the boardwalk until you reach 5th Street, then turn left onto 5th Street. Continue straight until you reach Pacific Avenue, then turn right.
