Getting There

Public Bus
If you are near the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Virginia Beach Public Transportation bus route 'Green Line'. This bus will take you toward the West Neck area. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes and get off at the 'Shore Drive & 64th St' stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles east along Shore Drive. Follow the sidewalk until you reach the entrance of First Landing State Park at 2500 Shore Dr.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops along the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Head east on the boardwalk until you reach 24th Street, then turn left and head north on 24th Street until you reach the intersection with Pacific Avenue. Continue north on Pacific Avenue until you reach the intersection with Shore Drive. Turn left onto Shore Drive and bike approximately 2 miles to reach First Landing State Park. The park entrance will be on your right at 2500 Shore Dr.
