If you're in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront area, start by heading north on Atlantic Avenue. Ride until you reach 17th Street and turn left. Continue until you reach Pacific Avenue. Turn right and ride until you reach the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Follow the Boardwalk north until it ends, then continue onto the scenic bike path. This path will lead you towards Fort Story. Keep following the path, which will eventually take you to Cape Henry Road. The lighthouse is located at 560 Cape Henry Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23459.

From the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, you can take the local bus service. Catch the 'VB Wave' bus at any of the stops along the boardwalk.
