If you are staying in the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area, start at the Virginia Beach Fishing Pier. Head north along the boardwalk for about half a mile. Continue walking until you reach 19th Street, then turn right and walk towards the intersection with Atlantic Avenue. After you cross Atlantic Avenue, continue straight on 19th Street until you reach the Virginia Legends Walk, which is located on the left side.

Public Transportation (Bus)
If you're near the Virginia Beach Convention Center, you can take the HRT (Hampton Roads Transit) bus route 20. Board the bus at the Convention Center stop and travel towards the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Get off at the stop near 19th Street and Atlantic Avenue. From there, walk north on Atlantic Avenue for one block, then turn left on 19th Street and continue straight until you reach Virginia Legends Walk.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Head north along the boardwalk until you reach 19th Street. Turn right on 19th Street and ride straight until you reach the intersection with Atlantic Avenue. Continue on 19th Street, and you will find Virginia Legends Walk on your left side.
