If you are near the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, start walking north along the boardwalk. The boardwalk runs parallel to Atlantic Avenue, so you'll have great ocean views as you walk. Continue walking until you reach 30th Street. At 30th Street, turn left and head towards Atlantic Avenue. Neptune's Park is located at 3001 Atlantic Ave, just a short walk from the boardwalk. The famous Neptune statue is visible from a distance, serving as a great landmark.

If you prefer to bike, rental bikes are available throughout the Oceanfront area. Locate a bike rental station near your location. Once you have a bike, head south towards the boardwalk and ride north along the boardwalk. When you reach 30th Street, dismount and walk your bike to Neptune's Park at 3001 Atlantic Ave. Remember to lock your bike at the bike racks available at the park.
