From Bellevue, head to the Bellevue Transit Center located at 1100 110th Ave NE. Board the Sound Transit Bus Route 542 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop '3rd Ave & Pike St'. From there, walk two blocks south on 3rd Ave, then turn left onto 4th Ave. The Sky View Observatory will be on your right at 700 4th Ave.
