Continue on Lakeway Drive which will lead you to the city of Bellingham. Once in Bellingham, follow the signs for Whatcom Falls Park. You will enter the park from 1401 Electric Ave, Bellingham, WA 98229. There is no entrance fee for the park. Upon entering, follow the park's roadways to the various parking areas near the falls.
