From Deception Pass State Park, head south on State Route 20 (SR 20) towards Oak Harbor. Continue on SR 20 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the intersection with State Route 525 (SR 525). Turn left onto SR 525 and follow it for about 10 miles. You will then merge onto Clinton – Mukilteo Ferry Road. Follow the signs to Clinton and board the ferry to Mukilteo, which typically costs $15 for a standard vehicle and $8 for each additional passenger. After the ferry ride (approximately 20 minutes), follow the signs to SR 525. Continue on SR 525 until you reach Clinton and take a right on S Franklin Rd. Possession Point State Park will be located on your right at 8343 S Franklin Rd.
