After about 15 minutes on Route 1, get off at the '308th St SW & 44th Ave SW' stop. From there, it's a short 5-10 minute walk to Dumas Bay Sanctuary. Head south on 44th Ave SW, and you will find the sanctuary at 30844 44th Ave SW.
