Public Bus
To get to Bullitt Fireplace from central Federal Way, start by heading to the Federal Way Transit Center located at 31624 20th Ave S. Take Pierce Transit bus route 586 towards South Hill Mall. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 224th St E & Meridian Ave E. From there, transfer to Sound Transit bus route 586 towards Issaquah. Ride for another 20 minutes and get off at the Issaquah Park-and-Ride stop. From the Park-and-Ride, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile northeast on SW 43rd St, then turn right onto 2nd Ave NW. Continue straight until you reach Bullitt Fireplace.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, start at the Federal Way Community Center. Head east on S 348th St towards the Interurban Trail. Follow the trail northbound for about 5 miles until you reach the Issaquah area. Once you arrive in Issaquah, take a left on 2nd Ave NW and continue for about 1 mile until you reach Bullitt Fireplace. Be aware of the road traffic and ensure you wear a helmet.
Walking
For those who enjoy walking, begin at the Federal Way Town Center and head east on S 320th St. Walk straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Pacific Hwy E. Cross the highway and continue onto SW 43rd St. This road will lead you to the Issaquah area. After approximately 3 miles, turn right onto 2nd Ave NW and walk until you arrive at Bullitt Fireplace, which is about 1 mile down the road.
