From Bellevue, take the Metro Transit bus (Route 240) to the Bellevue Transit Center. From there, transfer to Route 513 towards the University District. Get off at the 'Seattle Center' stop. Walk to the nearby Pier 52, where you can catch the Washington State Ferries to Manchester. The ferry ride will take you directly to Blake Island Marine State Park. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance.

Start at the Bellevue Transit Center and take the Sound Transit bus (Route 542) towards the South Kirkland Park and Ride. Get off at the 'South Kirkland Park and Ride' and transfer to Route 586 towards the Southworth Ferry Terminal. Once at the terminal, board the ferry to Southworth.
