From Kent Station, take the Sound Transit bus route 586 towards Seattle. Get off at the stop at 6th Ave S & S Jackson St. Walk east on S Jackson St for about 0.4 miles until you reach 12th Ave S. Turn left onto 12th Ave S, and after a short walk, you will find Dr. Jose Rizal Park on your right at 1007 12th Ave S.
Light Rail
From Kent Station, board the Sounder train to Seattle. Once you arrive at Seattle's King Street Station, exit and walk to the International District/Chinatown Station. Take the Link Light Rail towards Northgate and get off at the Beacon Hill Station. From there, head southeast on S McClellan St towards 12th Ave S, then turn left onto 12th Ave S. Dr. Jose Rizal Park will be ahead on your left.
Bicycle

If you're already in the downtown area of Kent, start at the Kent Library and head north on 2nd Ave. Continue straight until you reach W Meeker St, then turn left. Follow W Meeker St until it turns into S 240th St, then continue until you can turn right onto 104th Ave SE. Walk until you reach SE 256th St and then head towards the bus stop for route 586 to Seattle. Follow the instructions for the bus from there.
