If you're starting from downtown Kirkland, head east on Kirkland Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Lake Street, then turn left. Follow Lake Street until you reach the waterfront path. Continue along the waterfront, following the signs for David E. Brink Park. The viewing platform will be located at the end of the park, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains.

From downtown Kirkland, board Metro Bus Route 239 or 244 at the nearest bus stop. Ride the bus towards the 'Kirkland Transit Center' and disembark at the stop near the intersection of Waverly Way and 6th Street. From there, walk east on Waverly Way until you reach the waterfront. Follow the waterfront path north, and you will arrive at David E. Brink Park Viewing Platform.
