    From downtown Kirkland, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the Kirkland Transit Center. Take Metro Bus Route 239 towards Seattle. Once on the bus, stay on for approximately 25-30 minutes. The bus will take you across the Lake Washington Floating Bridge. Disembark at the 'South Jackson St & 12th Ave S' stop. From there, walk south on 12th Ave S for about 5 minutes. Dr. Jose Rizal Park will be on your left at 1007 12th Ave S.

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Kirkland. Start by heading southwest on Central Way towards 6th St. Continue on the Kirkland Waterfront path until you reach the Lake Washington Boulevard. Follow the bike path along the lake, which will guide you towards the floating bridge. Once you reach the bridge, safely cross over to Seattle. After crossing, navigate towards 12th Ave S.
