From Kirkland Transit Center, take Bus 230 heading toward Totem Lake. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop for NE 120th St & 112th Ave NE. After you get off the bus, walk east on NE 120th St for a short distance, and Jasper's Dog Park will be on your left at 11225 NE 120th St.
