From Kirkland, head to the Kirkland Transit Center located at 10603 108th Ave NE. Catch the Metro Bus Route 255 towards Seattle. Remain on the bus for about 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'University St & 2nd Ave' stop. Walk two blocks north on 2nd Ave to reach the Pacific Science Center at 200 2nd Ave N in Seattle.

Starting from downtown Kirkland, head west on Kirkland Ave toward Lake St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection of Lake St and 85th St. Turn left onto 85th St and follow it until you reach the bus stop. Take Metro Bus Route 245 towards Seattle. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 'Alaska Junction' stop. From there, walk three blocks east to reach Pacific Science Center at 200 2nd Ave N.

If you prefer to bike, start at the Kirkland waterfront and follow the scenic Lake Washington Boulevard heading south. Continue on the bike path, which will connect you to the Eastside Rail Corridor.
