Getting There

  • Bus

    From downtown Kirkland, walk to the nearest bus stop on Kirkland Ave and catch Metro Bus 255 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at 25th Ave NE & NE 45th St. From there, transfer to Bus 65 towards Sand Point. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop at Arboretum Dr E & 2300 Arboretum Dr E. You will be right at the entrance of the Washington Park Arboretum.

    Start from downtown Kirkland and head south on Lake St S. Follow the path along the waterfront, then take the Eastside Rail Corridor Trail heading south. Continue until you reach the intersection with NE 70th St. Take a right onto NE 70th St and follow it until you reach the intersection with Arboretum Dr E. Turn left and continue straight until you arrive at Washington Park Arboretum.

    If you're in the downtown Kirkland area, head south towards the waterfront and follow the path along the Kirkland Marina. Continue onto the Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail heading south, which will lead you to NE 70th St. From NE 70th St, walk towards Arboretum Dr E and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of Washington Park Arboretum.
