From Kirkland, head to the nearest bus stop and catch King County Metro Route 239 towards Seattle. After a 30-minute ride, get off at the stop at 3rd Ave & Pike St. Walk southwest on Pike St until you reach Alaskan Way, then turn right. Continue walking along Alaskan Way for about 10 minutes until you reach Pier 54.

If you’re close to downtown Kirkland, start at Marina Park. Head south on Lake St S until you reach 2nd Ave. Turn left on 2nd Ave and walk for about 20 minutes until you reach the waterfront. From there, walk west along the waterfront trail until you arrive at Pier 54.
Biking
Rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services available in Kirkland. Start from the Kirkland waterfront and follow the scenic bike path along the lake, heading towards Houghton. Continue on the bike path until you reach the 520 Bridge and cross over to Seattle. Once in Seattle, follow the signs towards Alaskan Way and continue until you reach Pier 54.
