Getting There

    From Mount Baker, head southeast on WA-542 E (Mount Baker Hwy) for approximately 15 miles. Look for signs directing you to the Glacier and Mount Baker area. Take a left onto Glacier Creek Road (FS 3065) which is just past the Glacier Public Service Center. Continue on this gravel road for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Lake Ann Trailhead parking area. Note that parking may have a fee, usually around $5 for a day pass, so be prepared with cash or a card.

    Public transportation options are limited in the area, but you can use a combination of Greyhound or local buses to reach Bellingham, WA. From Bellingham, take the Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) bus service to Glacier.
