Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Ashford, WA. Head east on WA-706 E for approximately 8 miles. You will reach the entrance of Mount Rainier National Park. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the Paradise area. After entering, continue on the main road, and look for signs directing you to Myrtle Falls. There is parking available near the trailhead.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Seattle to Ashford, WA. Once you arrive in Ashford, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to get to the Mount Rainier National Park entrance. After entering the park, you can either hike or look for shuttle options that will take you to the Myrtle Falls trailhead. Make sure to check the park's shuttle schedule in advance.
Hiking
If you are already in the Mount Rainier area and prefer hiking, start your hike from the Paradise area. The hike to Myrtle Falls is about a 1-mile round trip and is considered easy.
