If you're driving from Seattle, take I-5 North towards Everett. Continue on I-5 until you reach Exit 221 for WA-20 towards Burlington/Anacortes. Follow WA-20 East for approximately 30 miles until you see signs for Concrete. In Concrete, turn left onto Main Street, which will become NF-11. Follow NF-11 for about 11 miles, and you will arrive at the Baker River Trailhead. There are no tolls on this route.
