From downtown Redmond, walk to the nearest bus stop at NE 83rd St & 164th Ave NE. Take the Sound Transit bus 542 towards Issaquah. Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the Issaquah Park & Ride. From the Park & Ride, transfer to bus 556 towards North Bend and get off at the stop for Tiger Mountain Trail, which is about a 10-minute ride. The trailhead will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Biking
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from a local shop in downtown Redmond. Head southwest on NE 83rd St towards 164th Ave NE, then take a left onto 164th Ave NE. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with I-90. Follow the bike path that leads to the Tiger Mountain Trail entrance. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and up for a long walk, you can walk to Tiger Mountain Trail directly. Start from downtown Redmond and head south on 164th Ave NE. Follow this road for about 5 miles until you reach the Issaquah area. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the Tiger Mountain Trailhead. This route will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
