From downtown Renton, walk to the Renton Transit Center located at 200 Mill Ave S. Take Bus 586 towards Seattle (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport) and ride for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal stop. From there, take the Bainbridge Island Ferry to Bainbridge Island (the ferry ride takes about 35 minutes). Once you arrive at Bainbridge Island, disembark the ferry and walk to the nearest bus stop. Catch Bus 90 towards the Winslow terminal. Get off at the stop for NE Dolphin Dr. Bloedel Reserve is a short walk from the bus stop.

Starting from downtown Renton, head to the Cedar River Trail and ride along the trail towards the east until you reach the intersection with the I-405. Continue towards the south and follow the signs leading to the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal. Once you reach the ferry terminal, you can take your bike on the ferry. After arriving at Bainbridge Island, follow the signs from the ferry terminal to NE Dolphin Dr. Bloedel Reserve will be just a short ride away.

Once you arrive at Bainbridge Island, you will need to walk to the nearest bus stop and catch Bus 90 towards Winslow terminal. Get off at the NE Dolphin Dr stop, and Bloedel Reserve is a short walk from there.
