    From Renton Transit Center, board the Sound Transit bus route 586 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the Pioneer Square stop. Once you get off, head south on 2nd Ave for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Smith Tower at 506 2nd Ave on your left.

  • Light Rail

    From Renton, take the Metro bus route 105 to the Tukwila International Boulevard Station. Then transfer to the Link Light Rail heading north towards University of Washington. Get off at Pioneer Square Station. From there, exit the station and walk east on James St, then turn right onto 2nd Ave. Walk for about 5 minutes, and you will see Smith Tower on your right at 506 2nd Ave.

    If you are in the downtown Renton area, you can take a scenic walk to Smith Tower. Start at Renton City Hall and head north on 2nd St. Follow 2nd St until it merges with Rainier Ave S. From there, follow the Public Bus instructions or continue to walk to Pioneer Square, which is approximately a 1.5-hour walk.
