From Bellevue Transit Center, take the Metro Bus Route 240 towards Seattle. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop '5th Ave S & S Jackson St'. From there, walk southeast on S Jackson St for about 0.3 miles until you reach Maynard Ave S. Turn left onto Maynard Ave S, and Hing Hay Park will be on your right at 423 Maynard Ave S.
Light Rail
Head to the Bellevue Transit Center and take the Metro Bus Route 550 towards Seattle. Get off at the 'International District/Chinatown Station'. From the station, walk northwest on S Jackson St for about 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Maynard Ave S, and Hing Hay Park will be on your left at 423 Maynard Ave S.
Walking
If you're in downtown Bellevue, you can walk to Hing Hay Park. Start from Bellevue Square and head west on NE 4th St. Cross the bridge over I-405, and continue onto 6th Ave. Follow 6th Ave until it becomes S Jackson St. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach Maynard Ave S. Turn right onto Maynard Ave S, and Hing Hay Park will be on your left at 423 Maynard Ave S.
