Continue walking straight for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Columbia Park. Enter the park and follow the path along the Columbia River, heading east. After about 1.5 miles, you will come to a junction where the path splits. Take the right path towards the Candy Mountain Trail. Follow the signs for Candy Mountain Preserve, which will lead you up the hill. The trailhead is located at 71004 E 669 PR NE, Richland, WA 99352, and should take around 40 minutes to walk from the library.
