You can take public transportation such as the Link Light Rail to University Street Station, then walk towards the waterfront (about 10 minutes). Once at the waterfront, locate the Seattle-Bainbridge Island Ferry terminal at 801 Alaskan Way. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Bainbridge Island. The ferry ride takes approximately 35 minutes and offers beautiful views of Puget Sound. Upon arrival at Bainbridge Island, disembark and walk towards the left to reach the main street (Winslow Way E). Continue straight on Winslow Way E until you reach Ericksen Ave NE. Turn right on Ericksen Ave NE, and after a short walk, you will find the Bainbridge History Museum at 215 Ericksen Ave NE.

    From downtown Seattle, you can take the Metro bus route 550 towards Bellevue. Get off at the 'Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal' stop. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, take the ferry to Bainbridge Island. After the ferry ride (approximately 35 minutes), you will reach the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal. From there, walk straight onto Winslow Way E, and then turn right on Ericksen Ave NE. The Bainbridge History Museum will be on your left at 215 Ericksen Ave NE.
