Walking
If you are starting from the heart of Capitol Hill, such as from the intersection of Broadway and Pike Street, walk east on Pike Street until you reach 10th Avenue E. Turn left onto 10th Avenue E. Continue walking north on 10th Avenue E for about 0.5 miles. You will see P. P. Ferry House located at 1531 10th Ave E on your right-hand side. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.
Public Transit - Bus
From the Broadway area, you can take Seattle's public transit system. Head to the nearest bus stop on Broadway. Take the Metro Bus #8 heading towards Madrona. Ride for about 4 stops, then get off at the stop for E John St & 10th Ave E. From there, walk south on 10th Avenue E for about 1 block, and you will arrive at P. P. Ferry House located at 1531 10th Ave E. The bus fare is $2.75.
Public Transit - Light Rail
If you're near the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station, take the Link Light Rail towards Angle Lake. Travel one stop and get off at the University of Washington Station. From there, you can catch the Metro Bus #43 heading towards the Capitol Hill area. Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the stop for E John St & 10th Ave E. Walk south for about 1 block to reach P. P. Ferry House. The total fare for the light rail and bus combined is $3.00.
