Get off at the stop at 1st Ave & Seneca St. Walk south on 1st Ave for two blocks, then turn left onto Columbia St. Continue for one block and turn right onto Western Ave. National Building will be on your left at 1008 Western Ave. A one-way bus fare is $2.75.
