From Snoqualmie Pass, head east on I-90. Take exit 52 for Snoqualmie Pass. Turn left onto Snoqualmie Pass Rd and follow it until you reach the intersection with NF-9034. Turn right onto NF-9034 and continue on this road for approximately 3 miles until you reach the Granite Mountain Lookout trailhead.
