From Snoqualmie Pass, head east on I-90 E. Take exit 34 for North Bend. Merge onto North Bend Way and continue straight. Follow the signs to the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Trailhead. The trailhead is located at 47.5479018, -121.5371402, just off the Middle Fork Road. There is no parking fee required at the trailhead.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take King County Metro Bus Route 208 from Snoqualmie Pass towards North Bend. Get off at the North Bend Park and Ride. From there, you will need to arrange for a rideshare or taxi service to take you to the Middle Fork Snoqualmie Trailhead, as it is approximately 8 miles away and public transport does not directly reach the trailhead.
