Ride the bus until you reach the stop at 38th St & E Roosevelt Ave. From there, walk east for about 0.5 miles along E Roosevelt Ave. Keep an eye out for the park entrance on your right.

Continue on Portland Ave until you reach E Roosevelt Ave. Turn right and follow E Roosevelt Ave until you see the entrance to Swan Creek Park on your left.

Walk east on S 17th St until you reach Pacific Ave. Head south on Pacific Ave until you get to E 26th St. Turn left on E 26th St and continue until you reach Portland Ave S. Take a right on Portland Ave and follow it until you reach E Roosevelt Ave. Turn left on E Roosevelt Ave, and the park entrance will be on your right.
