From Seattle, take I-90 E toward Spokane. Merge onto I-82 E toward Yakima and continue on I-90 E. After about 150 miles, merge onto US-195 S toward Pullman. Continue on US-195 S for about 30 miles. Take the exit toward WA-26 E and merge onto WA-26 E. After about 15 miles, turn left onto WA-27 N. Follow WA-27 N for approximately 10 miles until you reach Rosalia. The Steptoe Battlefield Historical Marker is located in Rosalia, WA 99170, and will be on your right.

Start at the Seattle Greyhound station. Take a Greyhound bus to Spokane, which typically takes about 4 hours. Once in Spokane, transfer to a local bus (Spokane Transit Authority) that heads toward Pullman, where you can catch a bus to Rosalia. The entire trip may take about 6-7 hours depending on connections. Once you arrive in Rosalia, the Steptoe Battlefield Historical Marker is located a short walk from the bus stop at Rosalia, WA 99170.
