From Spokane Transit Center (located at 1230 W Boone Ave), take Bus Route 25 towards the Downtown Spokane area. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the stop titled 'W Spokane Falls Blvd & S Washington St'. From there, walk south on S Washington St for about 2 minutes, and you will arrive at ROW Adventure Center located at 209 S Washington St.
