From the nearest major city, such as Harrisonburg, VA, take Route 33 West and continue onto Route 259 South. Follow Route 259 until you reach Mathias. In Mathias, turn onto Park Drive, and follow it until you see the entrance to Lost River State Park at 321 Park Dr, Mathias, WV 26812. Make sure to check for any tolls or fees to enter the park, which can be confirmed at the park entrance or on their website.
