    If you're traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Thomas, WV. Head west on Route 32 from Thomas for about 9 miles. You will see a sign for Dolly Sods Wilderness. Turn left onto the Dolly Sods Road (CR 19). Follow this road until you reach the parking area near the trailhead for the Bear Rocks Trail. The parking area is free, but be sure to arrive early as it can fill up quickly, especially on weekends.

    Hiking

    From the Bear Rocks Trail parking area, take the Bear Rocks Trail (marked with yellow blazes) for about 0.5 miles. The trail is moderately easy but can be rocky in places, so wear sturdy shoes. After 0.5 miles, you'll reach a junction where you can take a short detour to Albert Falls. The detour is about 0.2 miles down a side trail on the right. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Albert Falls, known for its beautiful cascading waters.

From Thomas, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach the Dolly Sods Wilderness entrance.
