If you are already in Dolly Sods Wilderness, head toward the nearest major road, which is County Route 19. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with US-219. Turn left onto US-219 South and follow it for about 9 miles until you reach the town of Davis. Once in Davis, continue to follow the signs leading to Canaan Valley. You will merge onto Canaan Valley Road (County Route 30), which will take you directly into Canaan Valley State Park. The total driving distance is approximately 15 miles, and it will take around 30 minutes.
