Walking
Start at the Elkins Town Center. Head southwest on Randolph Avenue toward 5th Street. Continue straight onto Harrison Avenue. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto US-33 E. Walk for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with County Route 219. Turn right onto County Route 219. Follow this road for 2 miles until you see the signs for the Bickle Knob Observation Tower.
Biking
Begin your journey at the Elkins Depot Welcome Center. Head east on Railroad Avenue, then take a left onto 5th Street. Continue straight to merge onto Harrison Avenue. After about 0.7 miles, turn right onto US-33 E. Cycle for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with County Route 219. Turn right onto County Route 219 and continue for 2 miles. Look for the signs that guide you to the Bickle Knob Observation Tower.
Public Transport and Walking
From the Elkins Town Center, take the local bus service (check for schedule) towards the nearest stop on US-33 E. After disembarking, walk east on US-33 for about 0.5 miles until you reach County Route 219. Turn right onto County Route 219 and follow it for 2 miles to the Bickle Knob Observation Tower.
