Continue straight for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with 11th Street. Turn right onto 11th Street and walk for about 0.3 miles. You will see the entrance to Stuart Recreation Area on your left. The park is located at approximately 38.9187° N, 79.7729° W, and is a short walk from downtown Elkins.

Start from the Elkins City Park located in downtown Elkins. Head south on the bike path that runs parallel to the river. Follow the path as it curves eastward and connects to Harrison Avenue. Once you reach Harrison Avenue, turn left and continue for about 0.5 miles. Then, turn right onto 11th Street. After about 0.3 miles, you will see the entrance to Stuart Recreation Area on your left. The park is a great destination for biking enthusiasts.

Check the local bus schedule for the Elkins Transit System. Board the bus that heads towards the northern part of Elkins. Request to get off at the nearest stop to Harrison Avenue.
