    Starting from the Harpers Ferry Visitor Center located at 171 Shoreline Drive, exit the center and head south on Shoreline Drive. After about 0.2 miles, turn right onto the footbridge leading to the historic district. Cross the footbridge, enjoying views of the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers. Upon entering the historic district, continue straight onto High Street. Walk along High Street for about 0.3 miles, passing by various shops and historical landmarks. When you reach the intersection with Fillmore Street, turn left. Continue walking on Fillmore Street for about 0.1 miles, and you will find Lockwood House at 359 Fillmore St on your left.
